So I found myself recently with a whole bunch of ink samples and nowhere to put them. What’s a gal to do?
In the middle of moving to a new home, I didn’t really want to throw all my ink samples in a bag and carry them, rattling around. Anything could happen, what if one popped open and spilled its contents everywhere? That would suck!
Total nightmare scenario.
So I was scrolling through ink samples storage pictures when I saw that some enterprising, ingenious, individual had stored they’re ink samples in a test tube rack. Score!
Amazon has a ton of test tube racks for cheap. This one cost no more than $6 and it works like a dream. The ink tubes fit perfectly and I don’t have to worry about misplacing them or leaking while I figure out a new place to store all my pen stuff in the new house.
There are so many inks to choose from, and the Vanness Pen Shop puts 4ml of ink in each sample. That’s more than enough to fill at least two or three pens. I go through my ink samples very slowly, because I love to change them often.
So if like me, you have a whole bunch of ink samples just laying around that you don’t know what to do with, consider a test tube rack. Keeps them pretty organized and it’s not very expensive.
